Premarital sex is marriage

If any unmarried couple of the right legal age “indulges in sexual gratification,” this will be considered a valid marriage. They could be termed “husband and wife,” as per a Madras High ruling.

As per the court if a bachelor has completed 21 years of age and an unmarried woman 18 years, they have acquired the freedom of choice guaranteed by the Constitution.

As per the court “Consequently, if any couple choose to consummate their sexual cravings, then that act becomes a total commitment with adherence to all consequences that may follow, except on certain exceptional considerations.”

As per the judgment marriage formalities such as the tying of a mangalsutra, the exchange of garlands and rings or the registering of a marriage are only to comply with religious customs for the satisfaction of society.

As per the order either party to a relationship could approach a Family Court for a declaration of marital status by supplying documentary proof for a sexual relationship.Read More…

What is hyperprolactinemia?

Hyperprolactinemia is a condition in which too much prolactin is present in the blood of women who are not pregnant and in men. In women, this causes a decline in the body’s production of progesterone after ovulation which, in turn, can lead to irregular ovulation and infrequent menstruation, cause you to stop menstruating altogether, or cause your breasts to start producing milk, a condition called galactorrhea. Men too can experience galactorrhea. High prolactin levels in men can also lead to impotence, reduced libido, and infertility.

IMA is not that forceful as doctor associations in the US. We are fighting at high level for post and waste time and energy, which should have been used to do constructive work useful for IMA members. There are some greedy people who want to win and steal association’s money, I know a few. ONLY very honest should be give office bearers responsibility. If there is no reply to the RTI, go to higher authorities; do not leave it hanging in balance. This RTI should have been asked by IMA rather. Good work Dr. KK Aggarwal, I appreciate and read all your emails. Good day: Dr Arun Gupta, Patron State AOI, Jind, Haryana

One day an earthquake rocked the mountain causing one of the eggs to roll down the mountain, to a chicken farm, located in the valley below. The chickens knew that they must protect and care for the eagle's egg, so an old hen volunteered to nurture and raise the large egg. ............Read More
