1. The second dose of the vaccine appears to be more reactogenic than the first dose. Most symptoms occur within the first three days of receiving the dose and often resolve within a couple of days. The most common side effects appear to be pain, fatigue, headache and myalgias. 2. It appears to be associated with the antibody response.
